How to Become a Yoga Teacher
200 Hour Course
Certified through Yoga Alliance, our Yoga Teacher Training course takes 200 hours to complete, or approximately 7 months. We believe that the practice of yoga is a way to deepen your love, expand your life, and find your passion, which is why every aspect of this course's curriculum is vital to your success.
In-person and Online Course
Our Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed to provide you with quality in-person training that meets and exceeds the standards set forth by Yoga Alliance. You will learn and train in person alongside your peers, with in-depth instruction from a professional. Some course work will be completed at home or online.

For a paper copy, please see our membership staff at the front desk of either location and they would be happy to print it for you.
You’ll receive an email letting you know if your application has been approved within 7 business days. If approved, you’ll get a link to schedule a required Clarity Call with the course instructor, Kat, to finalize your enrollment.
After your Clarity Call, you’ll receive instructions to officially register and submit payment.
