Small group training combines the energy of group exercise classes and the individualized attention of personal training. Grab your friends and achieve your fitness goals together!

Small group training (SGT) sessions are led by our team of Nationally Certified Personal Trainers and certified coaches. With SGT, your trainer will be able to create a personalized fitness plan that addresses the goals of each group member.

Small group training is right for groups who wants to:

  • Exercise with people you're comfortable with

  • Motivate your friends & hold each other accountable for reaching your goals

  • Find a fun & engaging way to get fit

What makes small group training different?

Small group training combines the energy of group exercise and the individual attention of personal training, while providing the opportunity to get fit with friends. Exercising with a small, intimate group is a great motivator to keep you accountable on your fitness journey.

Do I need to be a Y member to try small group training?

Small group training is available only to Y members. If you aren't already a member, we'd love to see you at the Y! You can join online, or stop by either location and sign up at the front desk.

Can my child do small group training?

Yes! Children ages 10+ can participate in small group training with a parent or guardian.

30 minutes- $24.00
90 minutes- $69.00

4 hours- $160.00
6 hours- $228.00

12 hours- $432.00

How are the sessions scheduled?

You will have an initial consultation with a trainer to create a schedule. Your trainer will show you how to schedule each session, which are usually scheduled in 30 minute time slots. We also offer a flexible scheduling option of 15 minute training sessions- great for our members with busy lifestyles!
