The Y is the starting point for many kids to learn about becoming and staying active. Our Preschool Programs promote healthy habits that they'll carry with them throughout their lives. We offers a variety of Preschool Sports Programs designed for kids ages 3 - 5 who are new to sports. Each program teaches basic skill development, sports coordination, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Players are introduced to sports through drills and team play, all while building their confidence and social skills.

Learn the basics of soccer in a fun and enjoyable way, through games and skill drills. Shin guards required.
Your preschool girl or boy will have fun learning the basics of basketball! Program held in the 20th Ave Main Gym.
Boys and girls will love learning the basic fundamentals of t-ball, taught in a cooperative and fun environment. Held in the soccer arena. Baseball glove is required.
Football is a great way for kids to meet new friends and stay active. Participants will learn through fun games and drills.
Preschoolers make new friends, learn valuable teamwork skills, and have fun! A different sport/activity will be explored each week.
A beginning level tumbling introductory class.
This activity introduces preschoolers to the basics of
skating in a safe and fun way.
Kids will be introduced to very basic beginning dance skills. A short routine will also be learned.
