Upcoming Closures at the Downtown YMCA:

  • Annual Pool Shutdown, May 26-June 8: The Aquatics center will be closed for annual maintenance and cleaning. The men's locker room will also be undergoing maintenance at this time but will remain open. 

 

Upcoming Closures at the 20th Ave YMCA:

  • Main Gym, May 27 – June 1: Gym floor refinishing to restore appearance and improve traction. For the safety of our members, the track will be closed during this time.
  • Soccer Arena, Early June – Mid-July: Base repairs, including turf removal and replacement. UPDATE: Due to scheduling changes, the start date for repairs has been moved to early June. The soccer arena will be available for open play until the closure starts. We will provide an exact start date when it becomes available. 
  • Ice Arena, July 1 – 31: General maintenance, including repainting lines and logos and Zamboni refurbishment.
  • Parking Lot, September/October: We are getting a new parking lot for enhanced accessibility and safety. These repairs will be made in stages, so we ask members to please follow signage to ensure a smooth parking experience.
  • Annual Pool Shutdown, September 1-14: The Aquatics center will be closed for annual maintenance and cleaning.
